A link hub is only useful when its doors still open. Every link in the catalogue is re-opened on a rotation — 150 of them every two hours, so the whole list comes round about every four days. Nothing is dropped for failing once: sites rate-limit, time out and block unfamiliar visitors, so a link has to fail three checks in a row before it is flagged here for a human to look at.
